After being there one day the service dept. Called and said they needed to remove the valve covers to find the problem. After talking to me then my extended warranty agents they said they couldn't pinpoint the problem but that I needed a whole new engine for $7,000.00. Really! After 141,000 miles. They called my warranty agent then called me. My warranty wouldn't cover the replacement without knowing why. Is that so hard for professionals to figure out! Needless to say, warranty agent called me then I called Taylor at Ford's service bay. His response was "look I am too busy to deal with you and your warranty guy." Really! I called back and told them to put my truck back together for pickup. Within 2 hours I traveled back to Bolivar, picked up my truck and now it is in a local auto shop with a master certified mechanic. Positive side to all this: I'm replacing all three of my Ford's next year for new ones, but now I'm going Chevy instead of Ford's. Thanks for making my decision clear.
